For Job Workers
As a Worker on RateUp, you can earn USDT by completing tasks posted by others—whether it’s providing feedback, testing products, or other simple jobs. This section guides you through finding tasks, applying for them, completing work, getting paid, and handling disputes if needed.
4.1 Finding Tasks
Browse available tasks on RateUp to find opportunities that suit you.
Steps to Find Tasks:
From your dashboard, go to "Explore Jobs" under Participant Jobs.
Browse the task list—each shows a Title, Category (e.g., Ecommerce, Entertainment), Commission Cost Per Job (e.g., $25.00), and Time Limit.
Filter by tags (e.g., "feedback, testing") or categories to narrow your options.
Click a task to see its Abstract—a quick summary of what’s needed.
Tips:
Check the Commission Cost and Time Limit to match your availability.
Look for tasks with clear Abstracts to understand the scope quickly.
New tasks appear regularly—visit often to grab good opportunities.
4.2 Applying for Tasks
Once you find a task, apply to take it and wait for the Task Poster’s approval.
Steps to Apply:
Select a task from "Explore Jobs" and click "Accept Job."
If the task is public (Visible To Public checked), you’ll see the full Description and Acceptance Criteria after applying.
Submit your application—it joins a candidate list for the Task Poster to review.
Wait for approval—you’ll get a notification if selected.
Important Notes:
Some tasks limit how many jobs one Worker can take (Participation Limit).
If the task isn’t public, the Description is hidden until approved.
Applying doesn’t guarantee selection—Task Posters confirm based on their needs.
4.3 Completing Tasks
After approval, finish the job within the set time and submit your proof.
Steps to Complete:
Once approved, check the task’s Description and Acceptance Criteria under "My Jobs."
Complete the work within the Time Limit (e.g., 48 hours)—this starts when you’re approved.
Click "I have finished the job" in your dashboard.
Submit evidence (e.g., screenshots, text) as required by the Acceptance Criteria.
Wait for the Task Poster to review your submission.
Tips:
Follow the Description exactly to meet expectations.
Submit clear, relevant proof—e.g., a screenshot if requested.
Finish early if possible—late submissions auto-cancel without pay.
4.4 Getting Paid
Earn your commission instantly once your work is approved, with funds credited to your RateUp wallet.
Steps to Get Paid:
After submitting, the Task Poster reviews your work under "My Tasks."
If approved (they click "Confirm Completion and Release Payment"), 85% of the Commission Cost Per Job transfers from the Task Poster’s RateUp account to yours.
Funds appear in your RateUp wallet immediately—no delay.
Check your earnings in the "Payments" section of your dashboard.
To cash out, go to "Wallet Overview," click "Withdraw," enter your TRC20 address, and confirm—funds then move to your external Tron wallet.
Important Notes:
RateUp takes a 15% commission; you get 85% (e.g., $25 job = $21.25 to your wallet).
Rejected submissions don’t earn payment—funds stay with the Task Poster.
Withdrawals require a valid TRC20 address; ensure it’s correct to avoid errors.
4.5 Handling Disputes
If your work is rejected and you disagree, request a dispute resolution anytime.
Steps to Handle Disputes:
If rejected, go to "My Jobs" and click "Request Dispute" on the task.
Submit evidence supporting your work (e.g., screenshots, notes).
RateUp’s AI pre-screens your appeal, then a human reviews it—resolved within 72 hours.
Outcome: If you win, funds transfer to your RateUp wallet; if not, they stay with the Task Poster.
Tips:
Provide strong evidence matching the Acceptance Criteria to boost your chances.
Disputes are quick—expect a fair decision fast.
Use feedback from rejections to improve future submissions.
